Privacy and cookies

Last updated: 21 October 2026

In short: this website uses no cookies and no analytics. The Rebound panel keeps its settings on your computer and sends nothing to anyone. We only get the data we need to deliver your order and answer your emails.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Controller
[FULL NAME OR COMPANY]
Tax ID
[NIF / DNI]
Address
[FULL POSTAL ADDRESS]
Email
[SUPPORT EMAIL]

2. This website

3. When you buy Rebound

The checkout is run by Payhip, and the payment is handled by PayPal or Stripe. Each of them processes the data it needs (such as your name, email, country and payment details) under its own privacy policy. Your card details never reach us.

From the order we receive your name, email, country and order details. We use them to deliver Rebound, give you support, handle refunds and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.

4. When you email us

We use your email address and what you write only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying, or taking steps you ask for before a purchase. We delete these emails once the matter is closed, unless they're linked to an order.

5. The Rebound panel

The panel works without internet once it's activated. Your settings, presets, libraries and the background you choose are stored only on your computer, inside After Effects' extension storage. Rebound has no telemetry. It only connects to the internet to check your license key with Payhip: it sends the key and an anonymous code for this computer, so one key can't be used on more computers than it allows.

6. Who else sees your data

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services we need to run the shop: the payment platform, our email provider and our hosting provider. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Children

Rebound isn't aimed at children under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
