Terms of sale

Last updated: 21 October 2026

In short: you buy a digital download through Payhip and pay with PayPal or a card. You get the files and your license key right away. If Rebound doesn't work on a supported setup and we can't fix it within 14 days, you get a full refund.

1. Who sells Rebound

Rebound is made and sold by [FULL NAME OR COMPANY] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Our full details are in the Legal notice.

2. How the sale works

Orders are processed through Payhip. You pay with PayPal or by card through Stripe, and the payment goes to us. For buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, Payhip acts as reseller for VAT: it charges the VAT due in your country and pays it to the tax authorities. The terms and privacy policies of Payhip and of your payment provider also apply to the checkout.

3. The product

Rebound is an extension (a CEP panel) for Adobe After Effects, delivered as a downloadable ZIP file. To use it you need:

Please check these requirements before buying. Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Rebound is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and at checkout, with VAT included where it applies. The amount shown at checkout, before you pay, is the final price. You can pay with any method the checkout offers.

5. Delivery

As soon as the payment goes through you get a download link and your license key, on screen and by email. The key activates Rebound on one computer. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and then write to us.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Rebound is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is made available to you (article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

This doesn't affect our refund policy below, or your legal rights if the product is faulty.

7. Refunds

We refund you in full when:

To ask for a refund, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and the license key of a refunded order stops working.

We don't refund purchases made for unsupported setups, or because you changed your mind after downloading.

8. Updates and support

Every 1.x update of Rebound is free for existing customers. We may offer a future major version (2.0 and later) as a separate purchase. Support is by email at [SUPPORT EMAIL], and we usually reply within a few working days.

9. Legal guarantee

If you're a consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies to Rebound (Title IV of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act and Directive (EU) 2019/770). Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

10. Liability

We work hard to make Rebound reliable, but like any software it can have bugs. Save your projects regularly. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost work, lost profits or missed deadlines. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid. These limits never apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow them.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. If something goes wrong, please write to us first so we can try to fix it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you bought Rebound.
